Child Safety

At OrganiKids, the safety, health, and wellbeing of all enrolled children is our highest priority and underpins every decision we make.  

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure children in our care are kept safe, are protected and feel supported. We strive to ensure families feel reassured that their children are in the best hands. 

At OrganiKids, all educators and staff must hold, or be actively working towards, an approved early childhood qualification. 

Additionally, all educators and staff must obtain, and maintain, current working with children checks, first aid training, food safety training, child protection and national child safety training.

At OrganiKids, active supervision is embedded into our daily operations, ensuring that children are actively supervised at all times.

All educators and staff ensure that children remain within sight or hearing, particularly during higher-risk times such as transitions, sleep and rest periods, outdoor or risk play experiences.

At OrganiKids, we are committed to creating learning environments that are home-like, nurturing and most importantly safe.

 We are committed to ensuring that our environments, equipment, and resources are safe, well maintained, and regularly assessed to minimise potential risks to children, families, educators, and visitors. 

At OrganiKids, we take all concerns relating to child safety very seriously and believe in taking prompt, proactive action to address them.  

 We are committed to maintaining a culture where children’s safety, wellbeing, and rights are protected through open communication, responsive practices, and collaboration with families.

At OrganiKids, we conduct daily safety checks and risk assessments to ensure the safety of our children, families, educators and visitors. 

We are committed to proactively identifying potential hazards within our environments, routines, and experiences, and taking appropriate steps to minimise risks and prevent harm before it occurs.
